Sedaj lahko pokukate v vsebino moje decembrske delavnice, ki bo na temo sladic. Vse sladice so brez sladkorja, mleka, jajc, konzervansov, aditivov, ipd.. Sestavine so rastlinskega in ekološkega izvora in da bi ohranili kar največ hranil, tudi niso pečene oziroma obdelane nad 48 stopinj celzija.

Nekaj fotk objavljam že sedaj, saj me veliko ljudi sprašuje kaj bomo delali:) Torej: mini cupcake-e ( čokoladne & z limono in ingverjem), potem tiramisu, ki so krasno stopi v ustih, ajdovi in ovseni piškotki s čokoladnimi kronicami, bučna in ingverjeva “skutina” torta s čokoladnim prelivom, preprosta jabolčna pita s pomarančo in cimetom, mehki bananini in figovi zavitki in še in še.. Delavnica na temo sladic bo tudi v naslednjem letu, predvidoma februarja…

Finally! A sneak peek to my upcoming raw desserts class. All deserts are free from animal products, white flour, refined sugars, additives and perservatives. They are made from plant-based and organic ingredients. Desserts are not heated or processed above 48 degrees C in order to preserve all the precious nutrients.

Today I’m sharing some of the pix I took  (from top to the bottom): mini cupcakes ( chocolate & lemon & ginger flavour), amazingly make me happy tiramisu, that insanely melts in your mouth, buckwheat and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin and ginger cheescake with chocolate swirl, a simple apple pie with orange and cinnamon, sweetly banana and fig bars, and more… For those who would like to join the class – it will be held again in February..
